All Hands on Deck! Spring Fest 2014

Need volunteers to help for Spring Fest! In order for the show to be successful, we need all local members to help! Please reply in this post with the time when you can help and I will keep an updated list going.

Would any Central Campus students/others help? I believe Casey said it was students that helped set up tables, etc before I got there. The members helped carry in buckets of water, corals, etc. It was SO HELPFUL!! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/w00t.gif They also helped at the end of the show; draining tank, loading boxes etc. I SO Appreciated ALL the help!! Fastest setup and take-down ever in my experiences.

I'll be around Friday evening, Saturday morning, and for teardown.

 

First 8i am looking to come up and visit family night before. I can help in morning as long as plans don't change. I have to be back home for my fathers retirement party at 6:30 in coralville and have all my prizes put away. Lol

 

Not sure where "first 8" came from? Lol

 

We did have 3 or 4 UNI students come help in exchange for admission.

 

I will be able to help some with set up and will take the first shift of member benefits table.

 

Please look above and let me know what is best for you. I want to try and finalize this as the week goes on! Still looking for help, so let me know where you can fill in!

I can help for a 2-4pm shift and help a little while with tear down.
