Frag plugs in DSM area?

Any where to get frag plugs or frag 'rocks' locally?  (DSM area)

 

If you order them from Ocean Wonders they'll be here in like a day, he's from Iowa.

 

You can always pick up some square disks at Lowes too.

 

I have both, ocean wonders have a great price (even better in their Ebay store) and the disks from Lowes make good encrusting media (thanks Kevin).

Ya, Ocean Wonders sells them a bit cheaper there. But do buy from them, they are in Iowa and they support GIRS!

 

Found Ocean Wonders frags supplies at a store in Minneapolis... only .50 cents more a package vs their online prices didn't have to pay shipping so it was worth it for me.
