Any updates new venders-Is there gonna be a raffle this year or speaker?

 

Working on vendors right now! Definitely going to have a raffle as well.

 

So what’s the raffle for this year

 

It's still in the process, but BRS is donating 75 lbs of reef saver for raffle, Marine Depot has sent a lot of goodies, various other things as well. Stay tuned this week!!

 

We will also have GIRS T-shirts for sale at the event. We have some from our 15th Anniversary last year as well as a few other Vintage (collector?) t-shirts.

 

Working on table layouts, just got this from the fresh side. Going to be a great event!

 

The "bottom" section is for our salt tables. If anyone has input or special requests for placement just let me know. Trying to get this finalized in the next 48 hours.

 

we both will have are own raffles? or will it be combined.

 

Raffles are separate. Can't combine because of profit/not for profit status.

 

@DangerJ - FYI - 2 tables for Mermaid's Cove and 2 tables for TNT Corals.

 

Where will parking be relative to the building?

 

I believe that there is parking just to the west of the building. Not far at all.

 

Should have the raffle list here shortly I believe. We are going to have a chef making eggrolls onsite as well!

Thank you to all of the vendors, GIRS people and ceaich aquatics for putting this on! We had a good time, came home with some awesome stuff, and got to talk to some fun people!

 

First timer! Had a blast, boughta bunch of stuff and realized I am not the only adult coral freak! Also met some nice folks. Egg Rolls A+
