[May 27, 2018] Hang out, Cook out, Spread out (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Hello saltwater people!

Matt Van Sloten is hosting an event this Sunday at his house in Cedar Rapids! We thought it would be fun to hang out and talk about, well pretty much anything. I know I haven't seen many people since Spring Fest and this would be a good opportunity to catch up with everyone and see what everyones' plans are for their tanks this summer.

We plan to grill some food so come with an appetite! The food list will get posted later this week when we figure out how many people are going to be attending. If you do go, let us know if you have any food allergies so we can plan for that. Otherwise it will probably be some juicy meats and scrumptious sides.

This is also a good time, for those of you entering the frag contest, to pick up your frags that you ordered! the contest will start that week so this is a good opportunity to not have to ship your frags! Possibly see if you know someone in your region that is going and they could pick up your frag for you.

I think it's great that Matt's hosting this event. With it being Memorial weekend we've got family stuff going on (on top of packing and prepping for the move) so I won't be able to make it out.

 

Ditto - holiday weekend and family events going on.
