OK when you say Brs gfo are talking?
    GFO High Capacity Ferric Oxide
    GFO "Granular" Ferric Oxide
    GFO "Pellets" Ferric Oxide
or does this depend on your reactor?
    Thanks again

I to use BRS GFO. The difference betweeen the three is that the pellet and granular have the same capacity but the pellit has less dust. The high capacity last longer with less mieda but cost more. They all work the same it's just a preference thing. I use the pellets.

Really it is your preference. I personally use the HC, because it might cost my but you use less, and if you do the math it cost less in the long run.

I'd mention that the GFO works very well in a reactor. I've tried several different brands and they all seem to do about the same thing, but I noticed a huge difference when I switched from floating a media bag in a high flow area of my sump to a media reactor. Just switching the method of running the media pulled my PO4 down from .10 to .04 in no time.
