Typhoon III or EXTREME...?

    Is the TDS flashing light and pressure guage worth the extra 100 bones?

    pressure gauge is nice, I know it helped me diagnose some problems with my unit. I would say its worth it.

    My Extreme got here today! I got her all plumbed in and got a stand built for it, and started the first flushing and realized the unit has a sheared nut between filter 1 and 2, immediately started blasting water across the basement... Buh. Good thing the wife was asleep... I now get to see just how awesome he customer service is first hand!

    customer service is top notch! i have never had them even doubt me when i had an issue with my unit. just sent me new parts

    Yup! Put an email in last night around 3 maybe 4 (long night) and the part is already in the mail!
