I know it's not GIRS, but I am excited, I won the reef2reef acro grow out! Works perfect since I switched to hydra 26's and I was thinking of getting another.

Congrats Hart. I agree though that you got robbed. I think they should at least split SPS/LPS from softies for an overall winner. In my old tank I was killing those paly's off because they were a total pest. It's kind of like having a lawn growing contest and the overall winner chose dandelions.

I think they may have not wanted an sps to win overall since in some circles the hardcore sps people can get a bit snobby, and that's cool, I'm thrilled to win anything! I did put some kalk on some problem pallys tonight that grow like crazy and smiled a bit, lol.
